What To Do For Two Hours In Manila

I arrive Manila in 19 Dec at 5:30 am and depart for the province at 10 am on Phil Air. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can go for a couple of hours and enjoy a massage or ST. Timing would be to leave the airport by 6:30am and be back by 8am.
