Bars Other Nightlife Around Manila Bay Cafe

Hi guys
im planning my second trip to pi.
last time i visited ac and makati(p.burgos)
this last part was quite a bad experience...expansive and not fun at all.
this time id like to stay at the executive plaza,visit mbc.
here s my newbby question...aside from the mbc..
how.many bars can you count around there, what is the road you must walk around? i like to stay in places like mbc...but id also loke to visit many other places.
