I am back in Mindanao and I am so sick of this rain for 3 weeks, another storm is coming again I just want to get out of here, I try ferry cancelled so I decide to buy a ticket for plane I get Cebu pacific ..In 2 days
The Sea reseeds around 800 feet so we were able to walk way out they were getting clams and mussles , then the storms hits hard, even a snake was washed up into the house. This mining ship is about to be tipped over.
I go airport flights cancled due to storm it cost me 500p to go airport and 30 mins travel now 30 mins back. Ok it’s the next day cancelled again another hour waisted and bad leg pain from the small trike.
They say we can rebook you on waiting list but you got to come airport every day or we can book you for Jan 28th as all flights fully booked or give you a refund, I asked how long refund they said immediate so I say ok do that and I get next ferry, I do all the paperwork and then the guy says ow its 1-3 days get refund so I have to stay 3 more days.
Day 1 no refund day 3 no refund, I realize I may have to be here till Feb. getting a refund so I decide get the fuck out of here on the next ferry, ok next ferry cancelled due to storm,
Finally I get a ferry to Cebu it leaves at 7pm at night arrives Cebu 5am. The ferry is old and only has a cantina but the bunks are nice, its 700p they are playing the latest beach boys concert live from London so I watch that in the lobby then they put on a music CD it was a nice time as I sat in the chapel listening to rock and roll and oldies.
I Arrive in Cebu and I only need a room as I have to wait 6 hrs to get a ticket to manila , ferry booked full as its 1st day after sinolug festival that I missed, so I get a ticket tourist class to manila for 1600p no cabin available .
I was planning to stay at Sago hotel but its full so I get a room just around the cornet at Hotel De Mercedes for 997p a night I ask to make sure they wont make me check out at noon, no sir its good till noon bukas so that 30 hrs I have to kill.
I always go to the Chinese temple and light joss sticks when I am in Cebu. you can normally get a city tour by taxi at 350p an hr, I go and spend 1 hour, but for some reason the pics I took are all corrupted its a problem with my new memory card so I cant post pics of Cebu this time .
I spend 4 hrs at SM eating at KFC, then pizza hut, I buy a few t shirts from the sinology festival that I missed by 2 days( I am pissed)
Then back to my hotel to rest and shower before hitting mango st. and the bars.
I am thinking they open at 5pm well shit I get there at 430 and discover they open at 7pm so I got 2 hrs to kill I just sit outside and watch the people and traffic, after 2 hrs the police show up and ask if I am ok I said yes I am just waiting the bars to open.
I go to Pappilon and see Mommy Jade who remembers me from 5 years ago when I was there with daddy Joe who passed away 4 yrs ago. We talk like old times again I have know here for 15 years but only see each other there when i go to Cebu. She tells me mommy Jane from Cuddles died 2 yrs ago from colon cancer, its 830pm and not one girl on stage yet I go next door to cuddles, they have 4 girls WTF the place has died since I was here last.
I go across the street to X Devil they have take over Black Spot space so its huge bar now and I am SHOCKED the girls were all very hot and tall I counted 25 girls Everone of them you could take out. EWR is 2000p LD 200 Local drinks 50-65p Most of them would be superstars here I was very surprised as usually girl in Mango Street are not that good, I did not go Mactan Island as their EWR 5000p NO Pics allowed. I did not make it to Silver Saddle
I stay until 11pm then back to hotel and to bed, as ferry leaves at 9am.
I get to boat and get on board I asked to be in a cabin up grade but none are available so they put me in tourist cabin all by myself so it was great but SO COLD I cant stand it, it must have been 40 degrees, the aircon was on high and they could not lower it the whole ship was freezing.
Ok what the hell are all these guys doing here, it’s then that I discover I am on a Gay Cruise, lolll they had 30 gays from sinalog festival travelling back as well as 250 marines who were graduating they also had 100 students graduating from, HRM and Culinary 95% of ship was male. This sucks. I saw 2 cute girls the whole time. i t is a nice time leaving Cebu but the winds are high and after 3 hrs the clouds come and the rains so I am forced to go back inside.
The ship is very noisy as they are all celebrating with graduation and karaoke and the bands start at 8pm. God I need my bedroom and peace and quiet.
We arrive at manila 2 hrs early at 715am, we had to walk all the way from the boat no buses. I get a Shared taxi to the rabbet station 200p then bus to AC 140p , 200p trike to my house finally 1 mo has gone buy and im dead tired I need vacation from my vacation. Hope you enjoyed the report.

PS its Nov 4th and i Just got my refund this am and they charged me 800p service fee , their should not be any fee so i will complain in Manila to Cebu Pacific.
