Earlier I received a call from the Station Commander of CIDG that a body of an unidentified foreigner had washed ashore in Matain (Subic City), and asked if we could help identify him. I'm in MNL, but asked Raps to go down and see if we know him.
Chris has been down on his luck. There was no visible sign of foul play. Now that he's identified, they will go ahead with a post mortem.
