Not sure if this is a new topic or if I'm just looking in the wrong place?
1st time in AC soon (probably a couple of days in Subic too) and wondering if there is a 'top 10' type list (like on Pattaya Addicts) of hotels that people use?
I guess if you ask 20 people you'll get 20 different answers but all advice accepted.
I'd like to keep under 4000P per night so can't really stretch to top end. But don't want to stay in a hovel either.
Also, are any hotels likely to charge joiner fees like some of the Pattaya ones do?
