Us To Build Facilities Inside Philippine Bases

I just read this on Bloomberg news, the US is finalizing agreements to build "joint facilities" inside Philippine military bases, Subic bay was mentioned.

This is how I made my first visit to the Philippines was a stop in Subic, those were great days in the 70's and for a 20 yr old kid it was like heaven.
