Serious question. I noticed that these little black (or grey?) dots appear in people's profiles. some folks have many and some have a few. I clicked on one and saw that they correspond to ranking somehow. But that's it.
And yeah, I used the search feature and found nothing on it. Probably me using it wrong though.
But really, What is a "Pip"? How do you get them? Or are they just decoration or whatever? Just curious is all.
