Need A Day Room In Mnl

My flight from BKK arrives in MNL mid-afternoon. However, my wingman's flight doesn't arrive until 11:00 pm. We're going to take a cab to AC that same night.

Here's the rub: I need to find a reasonably priced hotel/inn to crash and stash my stuff (shit, shower, shave) during the afternoon/evening hours. I plan to grab an early dinner and slam a few cocktails at LA Cafe before we head north, and don't want to lug my shit around. Something in Ermita/Malate would be preferable.
