Hello my fellow mongers 
My Cherry Trip to the Phillippines and also to mongering in general was in Oktober / November 2013. All those tips and hints here on the Board where priceless and I would like to thank all of you for this great input!! Now nearly half a year has passed, and I still didn't write anything on this Forum, shame on me. Now my next trip over to Subic is only two weeks from now and I finally have to get it done.
I think how I ended up in Angeles & Subic is a pretty classical story. To keep it short... Long stressfull relationship, seperation, and a certain feeling that there must be more out there, than what I had tasted until than. I was in one or two Sauna clubs here in Germany where I live before, but I didn't like the experience too much. Than I came to the Phillippines and was totally blown away, I still can't believe that it wasn't just some wild wet dream.
I started my trip in AC, and I must admit that in the first few bars I was very nervous and had to learn the game first. I was on my own, no wingman, just all those advises in mind that I have read here on the Board. Studying theory at home is one thing, but here I was taking my practical exam.
I stayed in AC for three nights and had the hell of a good time. I figured out pretty fast that I am much more into the smaller bars, I prefer Peremiter over Fields. In retrospect I am sure that I have spend far too much money on LD & DLD those first days, but I learned how to reduce this a lot later on during my trip. In the beginning everything was so overwhelming that it was hard to controll such things as how many LDs you buy.
After AC I moved on to Subic and Stayed at the Papagayo on National Highway. I can really recommend this place to everybody. It is located in the middle of all the action, but the rooms are far away from National Highway and you can't here any noise. The place itself is nice, the rooms are big and clean. The rates are somewhere about 2000PHP. The only downside is that the place has no pool, but it is directly on the beach.
When you like the smaller Bars and Peremiter in AC, you will love Subic!!!! What I really likes was, that the Mamasans are much less pushy than in AC. It is no problem to just go window shopping or play a game of pool. They ask you ones, and don't bother you again. Also the girls are more natural and layed back than in AC. Much more of an GFE!! I ended up in Subic for the rest of my trip and I can't wait until I get back on the 27th of April. I will stay until the 10th of May and will be in only in Subic this time. If somebody else here from the Board hits town at the same time, I would be happy to have some beers together.
