Hello,
I married a filipina and brought her to the USA on a K-1 visa two years ago. During my trip in 2011 I was forced to pay for an ICard I think it is called in Cebu although they never gave me the Icard. When I went back in 2012 I had to get a Visa extension in Manila and they informed me my icard was still in Cebu they said they would transfer it to Manila. I returned to the Immigration office 3 different times in Manila and for some reason my Icard was never there so I left without it.
Since I am now married to a Filipina I have been told I do not need a visa extension but instead we need to get some type of stamp good up to a year at the airport. Can anyone tell me in detail is this is true and what is the stamp that we need to get?
