Hi there everbody,
On my next trip to the PH i planned to rent a car in Angeles City and travel to Pagudpud all the way up in Ilocos Norte. its so beautiful over there. These are all reasonable roads to drive on, no problem.
But after this im planning to drive to Baler in Aurora province. The shortest way would be to travel through Cagayan province and the Isabella province, is anyone familiar with these provinces? And would it be safe to drive in these regions? As i heared that the NPA is also in these provinces.
