Citibank In Both U.s. And Philippines

So I have looking into a bank that has branch offices in both the U.S. and the Philippines.  What I found was CitiBank had branches the U.S. and the Philippines.

Has anyone used this bank in both countries?  Where there any issues moving money from the U.S. to open an account in the Philippines.  Any experiences would be appreciated.
