Yesterday's SunStar had the following report:
"AT THE end of his likely and anticipated third term in office, City Mayor Ed Pamintuan would have set in place the setting of Angeles as a "most livable city."
and if that doesn't have you rolling on the floor, it goes on to say:
"The mayor envisioned the historic Abacan River as the city's major tourism spot, similar to the river Seine in Paris with its well-lighted and secured promenades, posh commercial establishments, hotel, convention hall, recreational facilities including sidewalk cafes and all-night bistros."
Do the locals really fall for this bullshit?
