Budget Rooms In Angeles (<800Php) ?

I fancy taking some occasional 1-night trips up to Angeles for a change of scenery.  Anyone recommend/know of some *real* budget rooms for a simple overnight stay?

I've been in the Philippines long enough that having my fan on at home this time of year (Aug) is plenty chilly enough.  So I don't need air-con (very rarely use it at home).

Looking for a fan-only room with shower (cold-water ok). Striking distance (reasonable by trike) to Fields.  No need for ref, safe etc etc... it's just for an overnight trip/s and I want somewhere to crash my head after a beer.

I know you can get fan/cold-water budget rooms in Subic for ~500php a night (i.e. Johanssons).  Is there anything similar in Angeles?
