I am late 20s...ive been all over Asia ( Mainly thailand) and have done so alone in thailand. Well not alone, but the time all my friends left, I had made a few thai friends that I hung out with. I have a reward ticket that I need to use up here shortly before miles expire. I have enough for a flight to SEA again. I have never been to Phil, I was suppose to come with my best friend of 20 years but he isnt sure he can get the time off work.
Should I wait until Dec-Jan and go with a friend? I really cant wait anymore and want to get out for a few weeks while I have the time. Im not afraid going alone, and I am sure will meet plenty of people who would love to "travel" with me while I am there.
Like everyone here, ive chatted on DIA with a few that would hang out, but I dont want to be with the same person all trip! I also dont find it much fun doing things like swimming, eating, alone.
Talk me into coming alone please 
I would like to visit Angeles, Cebu, and a few beaches. Should I wait until at least October because of the weather?
