Alright so I have come down to the decision on two places to stay at during January/febuary.
One is to stay at Chatsworth in a 1 bedroom unit and two is to stay in the unfinished Grosvenor Square. I have asked Frazer for his opinion on which is better and he recommended to stay at Grosvenor Square as its rooms are "finished to a very high standard" and are still very brand new only being available to public last august gone. He has told me that the pool area is to be finished by this year but if problems should arise then I can walk directly threw to the next complex and use the pool at Chatsworth nextdoor.
Here are the main differences that I can see. Two of the biggest would be...
Chatsworth is a complete complex vs Grosvenor still under construction on certain wings, although the construction side is not a bother for me since I sleep threw anything and when I'm awake my music will be on and beers will be flowing, the problem for me would be if the Grosvenor pool/recreational area isn't complete as it should be. Although access to the pool next door is not problem I would prefer the pool in my own complex rather the neighbours.
Second biggest thing is that Chatsworth is a 1 bedroom unit approx. 70m^2 with upstairs and downstairs vs Grosvenor is a studio type unit approx. 35m^2
As I am to understand Chatsworth units will be a few years old by the time I stay in January and are showing signs of wear and tear vs Grosvenors units should still be close to looking new and highly polished.
I have been quoted 22,000 rent + 3500 for maid, Wi-Fi, other general services + electricity bill for the stay of 1 month at the new Grosvenor studio unit vs 27,000 rent + 3500 for maid, Wi-Fi, other general services + electricity bill at the Chatsworth 1 bedroom unit. Good chance of my electricity bill being about 25% higher at Chatsworth since it has a second aircon in the bedroom and typically I will leave them left on at all times, not a big deal but all factors to help me decide which out weighs the other.
So do I choose to stay at the cheaper, smaller, brand new studio unit that may or may not have its very nice looking pool/recreational area opened at Grosvenor?
or.. do I choose to stay at the older, more expensive but has double the space 1 bedroom unit that I can also confirm has a balcony (not sure about Grosvenor.
You would think it would be an easy choice and I would just pick the 1 bedroom unit for double the space at a small increase in price but the very modern clean furnishings at Grosvenor are much more appealing to me then the slightly out dated look that the Chatsworth unit has about it.
The extra space can be good or bad, a studio unit is good since the girl/girls I have over can always be seen by myself and have very little chance to steal things that may not be locked up at the time, or the one bedroom is also good since I occasionally prefer more than 1 lady with me and like to entertain the other girls. In the one bedroom if I'm entertaining other girls and want a quick shag then off into the room I go.. then return to the party straight after, in the studio I just fuck in front of the other ladies which I like anyway but it loses the privacy and intimacy with the one girl and all the girls may as well be involved in the deed and I've noticed after a 3some,4some,5some whatever, that even if I'm still keen to party again the girls are all tired and want sleep for the night.
So many things to consider and at the end of the day it will come down to me having to decide what's best and not rely on others to tell me what I should do but you guys could surely help me make a decision.
What do you guys think? Brand new classy studio unit. Or a older slighty worn 1 bedroom unit that I would describe as lovely over the word classy. Also if anybody has seen inside the Grosvenor Square yet I would love to here what you think even if the place is still unfinished.
