Moving From Angeles City To Cavite

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestion in moving from AC to Cavite and the cost?
I will need a small truck or van to move our things, we have few furnitures and some boxes. Also, four passengers, i guess a van is better....

Please let me know who or where to contact?

Or maybe just hire a small jeepney? That will be a crazy long ride. Which i dont want to do....
