My Carpenter/Handy man needs work. So if you have a leaking faucet, Broken toilet, Light switch, etc etc. He also makes a great cabinet and wood frame bed. Does excellent masonry/tile work.. Does septic tanks also(uck) I pay him 500 a day. If i need him for small jobs its normally 200 plus. 35o if he goes 4 hours.
