Traveling to Cebu in early June with a mate. Never been to Cebu before but have experienced the greatness of AC 2x now. Could use some recommendations on hotels (35-50 USD) range and the areas we should be checking out. I've read about Mango Street and that sounds like the spot for bars and mongering. Wanted to try my hand at picking up a few girls at the mall or wherever is available. Maybe someone could give me some hints on how to do that and where.
Also besides hunting, what is there to do in Cebu during the day hours? Beach? Where? Sight Seeing? Would appreciate the heads up.
